Popular Philly rapper Lil Nizzy has done something un-thinkable! Video pro is out and it shows the 22 year old rapper molesting his 5 year old niece. Nizzy who is confined to a wheelchair after he was shot a few years ago. Nizzy is also managed by Meek Mill’s goon Teefy Bey. The video is so graphic that Nizzy sister had no choice but to turn him in. Below we have one Nizzy’s relatives speaking on the sick act he did against his 5 year old niece.
