Yesterday The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office announced that Tory Lanez will be charged with the Megan Thee Stallion shooting. Tory’s charges are assault with a semiautomatic firearm, personal use of a firearm, and carrying a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle. Tory also faces a gun allegation and that he personally inflicted great bodily injury.

Lanez’s arraignment is scheduled for October 13. If convicted, he faces a possible maximum sentence of 22 years and eight months in state prison. The Los Angeles Police Department is still investigating the case.
