Steve Francis broke the internet yesterday with his Player’s Tribune story which reflected on his life growing up and in the NBA. Francis revealed that he was selling Crack while in highschool in Washington D.C. before getting the chance to go to college. One story Francis left out was one night in Miami when rap superstar Flo’rida’s manager Freezy put hands on him for parking in his spot at his “Strong Arm Studios” in Miami. Freezy isalso the little brother Miami Boss E Class.
The story we got was told to us from someone in the camp. They say it all happened when Freezy pulled up to the studio and noticed a car in his spot, in almost Suge Knight like fashion Freezy was ready to beat someone down. One Freezy’s studio workers told him it was Francis’s car who was in one the studios recording music. When Steve came outside we are told Freezy cursed him out then gripped him up and made him leave. Not before Steve was threatening to call his life line J Prince on Freezy.
So we thought we add that little story to Steve Francis Players Tribune story, which made him look like the baddest man on the planet.
At 18, he was selling drugs on the corner, just trying to survive.
At 22, he was an NBA superstar. has a story to tell.
