Rental home owner says DaBaby punched him so hard his tooth fell out and is now suing

DaBaby finds himself in another legal battle and this time it is with a rental home owner who DaBaby rents from in Runyon Canyon, California. Gary Pagar is suing the DaBaby claiming that DaBaby punched him so hard in his face that his tooth fell out. DaBaby was shooting a music video at the house when Gary approached him to stop because it was over 40 people in Gary’s house and because of Covid-19 restriction they agreed to only 12 people.

According to the lawsuit, Pagar was knocked to the ground by an unknown person when he tried shutting down the music video. Afterward, DaBaby exited his vehicle and chased Pagar back into the home, and advised him against calling the police before assaulting him.

The lawsuit also accuses DaBaby of fleeing the scene with Pagar’s phone and “valuable kitchenware” once the police were notified. Pagar added that he was spat on and taunted during the December assault.

Pagar also claimed that the rapper didn’t pay the full leasing price, left the house with thousands of dollars in damages, and destroyed a security camera that was installed in the home.
