Reba McEntire has shared details of her new Spotify Original podcast called, Living & Learning with Reba McEntire. The series makes its debut on the streaming platform Monday, September 21st with co-host Melissa Peterman, who played Barbara Jean on McEntire’s eponymous sitcom Reba for six years.

The pair discuss topics “near and dear to me,” such as reincarnation, parenting, staying healthy, cancel culture and more. Guests include Dolly Parton, Kristen Chenoweth, Leslie Jordan, Jane Fonda and Karamo Brown.

“I hope you’ll join us for some livin’, some learnin’, and a whole lot of fun,” McEntire shares in a two minute promo for the series.

Fans can listen and follow for free via Spotify. The announcement was made on ABC’s GMA on Monday (Sept 14th) where McEntire was promoting the 30th anniversary reissue of Rumor Has It. During the segment, she also discussed a reboot of Reba.

“Well, if it was up to us, we’d definitely be doing a reboot, because everybody’s one hundred percent on board,” she says enthusiastically. “We’re ready to go. We don’t care if it’s a family reunion, a two hour special, or a total reboot. We just want to get back together because we have so many more stories to tell.”

McEntire also performed a trimmed down acoustic version of “Fancy” from the Grand Ole Opry.

Last week, “Be A Light,” an all-star collaboration between McEntire, Thomas Rhett, Hillary Scott of Lady Antebellum, Keith Urban and Chris Tomlin landed at No. 1 on the Mediabase Country Chart. The accolade spans McEntire’s reign of No. 1 hits into five decades: 1980’s, 1990’s, 2000’s, 2010’s and 2020’s, marking her the first female country artist to capture the feat. The single also marks McEntire’s 60th Top 10 hit on Billboard, extending her record for the most among female artists. McEntire has now collected Top 10 hits in five straight decades and is the fourth artist to achieve the feat alongside George Jones, Willie Nelson and Dolly Parton.
