LaMelo Ball was the 3rd pick in the 2020 NBA Draft and he has already found his first big purchase. LaMelo Ball has purchased Cam Newtons 3,400 square foot condo in Charlotte. LaMelo reportedly paid over $3 Million dollars for it. The condo occupies the entire top floor of “The Trust,” and features three-bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. According to the Charlotte Observer, Michael Jordan’s condo occupies the entire seventh floor of the building. You can check out photos of LaMelo’s new digs above.
