Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum who is the ruler of DUBAI revealed that he took a Covid-19 vaccine that was developed in China. The UAE Prime Minister revealed he took it and it worked for him. The vaccine was developed by Chinese state pharmaceutical giant Sinopharm.
HH Sheik Mohammaed is the latest in the line of top Emirati officials to be vaccinated against coronavirus in recent days. It was previously reported that the foreign minister, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al-Nahyan, and deputy prime minister Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al-Nahyan have also taken the experimental vaccine.
