Disclosure Cancel Wild Life 2018, Announce That They Are Working on a New Album

When it comes to groovy beats and catchy basslines, Disclosure are undoubtedly some this generation’s biggest forward-thinkers. Ever since brothers Howard and Guy Lawrence emerged back in 2010, they’ve projected nothing but 100% quality in everything they do; from their collaborations with stars such as Lorde, The WeekndSam Smith, and AluneGeorge, among others, to their live performances and wonderfully produced  music videos.

One their most important accomplishments however is the establishment their yearly festival, Wild Life, in collaboration with also UK act Rudimental. It started back in 2014 as a successful show series, that made it all around the world, and Disclosure and Rudimental decided to expand it into a festival in 2015, with performents such as Wu-Tang Clan, Nas, Jamie xx, Gorgon City and Nicolas Jaar. Sadly however, the highly successful festival isn’t coming back to Brighton City Airport this year.

In a recent Instagram post, the duo thanked their fans for the wonderful moments the three previous Wild Life installations, and announced they’ll give the festival a one-year break, because they’re working on their 3rd full length album. Other than the cancelation, this statement is sure to excite fans as Disclosure’s sophomore album Caracal was released back in September 2016, and their 3-track EP Moog For Love in summer 2016. Let’s hope some new tunes arrive fast!
