Chicago rapper Young QC who murdered his mother for life insurance money to fund his career sentenced to 99 years in Prison

According to the Chicago Sun-Times, Qaw’mane Wilson, a 30-year-old local Chicago rapper has been ficially sentenced to 99 years in prison for placing a hit on his mother. When Wilson was 23 years old, he hired a hitman to kill his mother in order to claim the money from her insurance policy. Wilson’s hired gun was Eugene Spencer, who received a 100-year prison sentence. Spencer reportedly shot Wilson’s mother, Yolanda Holmes, and stabbed her for good measure at the behest Wilson who told Spencer to “make sure the b**** is dead.”

When asked to comment after receiving his sentence, Wilson remarked, “I just want to say, nobody loved my mother more than me,” adding, “She was all I had. That’s it.”
