Lil Wayne and Hip Hop fans around the world got some great news when Cash Money boss Birdman said during a Rap Up interview that Lil Waynes “Carter V” will defintiely be dropping this 2018.
Currently the two rap icons are beefing and not seeing eye to eye with each other. Wayne has started a “Fuck Cash Money” campaign because he is claiming that Birdman owes him over $51 Million dollars.
Birdman has since refused he owes him anything and has not paid him a dime. Birdman for the last 2 years according to Wayne has not allowed him to release any albums out spite.
Now it seems Birdman is over his spite because when asked when will we get Waynes album Birdman said “We’ll get that this year,” Birdman states in regards to the project. When the reporter asks Birdman for a more specific release date, he answers “That’s on Tunechi. Whatever he wanna do, but I’m guaranteeing you’ll get it this year.”
When questioned about how the album sounds, Birdman stated, “I heard a few, but you know, I think he’s one the best. He is the best ever to me.”
“A lot success comes from under his umbrella,” continues Birdman. “I think it’s gonna be the biggest album 2018.”
