New Faces of Country Music Show is held every year during the CRS seminar

Country Radio Broadcasters (CRB) has released the list of nominees for this year’s New Faces of Country Music Show voting. The nominated artists for the show, to be held during CRS 2021: The Virtual Experience, are Tenille Arts (19th & Grand), Travis Denning (Mercury), HARDY (Big Loud), Ryan Hurd (RCA), Ashley McBryde (Warner/WMN), Parker McCollum (MCA), Niko Moon (RCA), Jameson Rodgers (River House/Columbia), and Matt Stell (Records/Arista).

Voting for the Class of 2021 will open November 30th at 10 am CST and will run through the end of the day (11:59 pm CST), Friday, December 4th at CountryRadioSeminar.com. The five acts with the most votes will make up the lineup for the show.

The New Faces of Country Music voter criteria has been expanded to include a wider representation of the country music industry. Eligible voters must now be full-time employees primarily involved in the programming, promotion and distribution of Country music, from the following types of companies: broadcast radio, satellite radio, television outlets, and digital service providers, while expressly excluding those with vested interests in individual artists or musical works such as labels, managers, agents and publishers.

Formed in 1970, the annual New Faces of Country Music Show is one of the most anticipated events at Country Radio Seminar. Five emerging artists who have achieved significant success at country radio during the qualification period are selected each year to perform. The New Faces of Country Music Show has played a pivotal role in the careers of almost every major country star.

CRS 2021: The Virtual Experience will be held Tuesday, February 16th through Friday, February 19th. The New Faces of Country Music Show closes out the event on Friday, February 19th. CRS 2021: The Virtual Experience will feature a jam-packed schedule that includes Country Radio Seminar’s most anticipated events, including educational panels, virtual networking, and workshops designed to provide instant, actionable takeaways. The expanded, four-day event will continue to be the ultimate country music showcase, with every registration having access to not only the New Faces of Country Music Show, but also Bob Kingsley’s Acoustic Alley, label lunchtime performances, and more. An extra day of content has also been added with a newly launched Streaming Summit, to be held on Tuesday, February 16th.
